Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a serious genetic, hormone and reproductive disorder that effects women.

Did you know that PCOS effects 12- 21% of women in Australia today with 50% of women undiagnosed, I have been one of those women suffering with PCOS most of my life. Irregular periods, acne, ovarian cysts, insulin resistance, anxiety, depression, infertility, weight gain, excess hair and male pattern hair loss are just some of the challengers women with PCOS have to face. My own PCOS is what drove me to start Sonsee, all my life my weight has fluctuated which became increasingly difficult to find products that fit me especially high quality foundation garments for my wardrobe that would fit me as my weight fluctuated just like so many other PCOS sufferers I became increasingly frustrated and disappointed.

After many years of being in the fashion industry I realised not much was changing so Sonsee was born, I wanted women to have a choice and to have products that truly make us feel good. This September remember the things in life we have to celebrate, out of my condition I found joy and passion in creating Sonsee which I may not have found without the drive to find solutions for myself.

Spring is here! And you know what that means! Occasions!

Once you have your killer outfit sorted, and it's time to think about your skin, make up and nails. The winning trifecta to ensure you feel and look fabulous all day long.

Here are our top tips for conquering the winning look occasion season.

Skin:

It’s a good idea to prepare and look after our skin.

Whether you’re preparing for a spray tan or not, starting with full body exfoliation will transform tired, dull skin into a glowing, radiant complexion.

Not only does exfoliation make your skin feel and look super soft, but dry body brushing is also amazing for your overall health, helping to boost circulation, sweep away dead skin cells and improve digestion. A win-win! Pay particular attention to your ankles, elbows and knees as these tend to be the driest areas on your body.

Occasion ready skin:

Using a pair of exfoliating gloves or a body brush, starting at the feet, use a small, circular motions and gentle work your way up your body, being extra-light with sensitive areas.

After your regular shower routine, while your skin is still damp, lather on your favourite body oil or body lotion to lock in the moisture.

If you’re going to be in the sun a lot, make sure to wear sunscreen!

Make up:

Like your body, preparing your occasion face is essential. Make sure you put on your favourite nourishing face mask and night cream the night before, and start your day with your usual skin care regime at least 30 minutes before you put on your makeup to give your skin time to soak in the goodness.

Remember, if it's a daytime event it will likely be hot and probably a little sweaty and the last thing you need is for your full face of make up to melt! Keep your makeup simple and minimum and be sure to keep some touch-ups in your bag – moisturising lipstick and powder are essential.

Pro tip: kick start hydration and sip on at least one litre of water the morning of the occasion. Trust us, your skin and post-occasion day self will thank you for it!

Polished Nails:

Whether you’re waving across to friends or sipping your champagne, Spring occasions are the perfect time to polish up those fingers and toes. To ensure your mani and pedi complements your outfit, go for a colour that matches.

Important: When shaping your nails (fingers and toes), opt for a short, smooth nail to avoid putting any runs in your favourite Sonsee tights.

Nail your colour:

Printed dress: Go for something a little more muted. Try black shade, dark reds or blues.

Black dress: Have some fun with your nails. Opt for bright colours; corals, pinks and blues will make a fun statement. If you’re feeling festive, experiment with a little nail art.

Block colours: Pick a polish that’s in contrast with your dress colour and add a sprinkle of glitter. White will also pop next to a bold colour and is a fresh alternative to black.

Bonus tip: Rescue your thighs!

There is nothing worse than painful chafing on occasion day. A pair of anti-chafing shorts will keep you feeling comfortable and free all day long. Shop Sonsee Anti-chafing Shorts here

Apply these winning tips to your occasion day preparation to help you feel confident, comfortable and look your absolute best all day long!

Vanessa Babuin - Perera I just stumbled upon this quote by New York Times columnist, Heather Harrilesky. I just stumbled upon this quote by New York Times columnist, Heather Harrilesky. She said, “You’ve got to lean way in to who you already are, lean way the f*ck in… look right at the worst – the so-called worst – things about yourself and figure out how to celebrate those things.”

And God, it was like oxygen.

We live in a culture of constant self-improvement, of bettering, striving, growing, winning. Constant change. Constant evolution. Now don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot to be said for that mindset. The idea that nothing is fixed, and we all have the power to change direction at will, to completely transform.

There’s value in change, in goal-setting. It can be exactly what a person needs to shake it off, get out of the rut, and find meaning.

But with all of the inspirational emails and posts and messages, all of this talk on what we should resolve, what we’re supposed to evolve – eat less, move more, hustle – there’s something I feel we’re failing to see. What if change isn’t always what we need? And what if improvement isn’t always connected with growth?

And why should a simple change of date signify a major shift in our body and mind anyway? What if I am exactly who I need to be, and exactly where I need to be, right now? On this day, in the first month of a new year. What if I don’t resolve to change myself? But to instead be exactly who I am, where I am. To simply be me.

Butter-loving, freckled, forgetful, too romantic, too sensitive, too scrappy, a bit weird.

What if our greatest improvement, as humans, as women especially, is to embrace who we actually are right now. To realise we’re exactly as we need to be, in this moment. That our minds and bodies are strong, powerful, beautiful. Like no-one else’s on this earth! Just as they are.

Perhaps we need to stop confusing the idea of self-improvement with changes in self-image.

So this new year, rather than look for change, instead take a moment to reflect. To accept. A moment to fall in love with your legs that transport you every day, that carry you and keep you upright. To stop fighting your talkative nature and instead love that it makes people feel comfortable in your company. To be okay with seeking introversion and quietness, because the world needs silence sometimes, and more importantly, because it nourishes you.

Maybe the greatest ‘resolution’ of all is to be happy with who you are, where you are. To take the time to get to know and fall in love with this exact version of yourself. The blemishes, the bits that you hide, suck in, tuck away, all the things you wish you could change. They are the greatness, they are the truth.

I resolve to celebrate the flaws this year, the brokenness, the imperfections, the things that make me uniquely who I am. I resolve NOT to change, but to love.

Acceptance is the new self-improvement.

New year, same me. Happy 2019.

It’s the season for giving! That doesn’t have to be limited to friends and family. Make sure you think about your own self-care during this crazy season. Here are some ideas to pamper and protect yourself.

Breathe in, breathe out. Take a moment to step back and breathe. Sign up for a yoga class or try a meditation to clear your mind and help ground you before the silly season takes hold.

Nail it. Round up the girls and head out for a pamper sesh! A mani-pedi will prep and prime you for all the events that are filling up your social calendar.

Book club. If you’re like most of us and are racking up a lot of screen time in your day-to-day, take a moment to unplug. Pick up a book or magazine and immerse yourself in its pages. Challenge yourself to read one thing cover to cover before summer’s end.

Catch some Zs. This is one that’s all too easy to neglect when things get busy, but the power of sleep is undeniable. Make time for a little shut-eye among all the partying so you can stay energised right through summer.

Face first. With salt, sand, sun (and maybe a glass or two of bubbles!) on the horizon, take the time to take care of your skin. Whether it’s a facial at a salon, a mask at home, or even a reboot of your daily skincare routine, looking after your skin will keep you looking and feeling fresh.

A ‘me’ day.  Absolutely necessary when you’re tackling the busiest season of the year. Fit in a day or two in that doesn’t require multiple activities and social engagements. If you can, find a day that’s just about you.

Make this festive season about more than merely turning up to every event and turning it up for other people. Full of fun, but sometimes stressful, it’s so important to consider your holiday priorities. Little hint, one of those, should be you!

https://sonseewoman.com/blogs/blog/why-ill-never-wear-normal-shapewear-to-a-wedding-again 2018-11-20T15:51:00+11:00 2019-07-21T07:45:54+10:00 Why I'll never wear 'normal' shapewear to a wedding again Bold Apps It all started with a dress, as these things usually do. I had committed to a dress that was a little firm, but I knew it would be perfect with the right shapewear. I hadn't considered that at a size AU20/22, finding shapewear that would fit, comfortably, and give me a decent shape without causing indigestion would be pretty much impossible.

More

]]>
Let's throw this tale of wedding shapewear way back, shall we? Let me take you back, about ten years ago now. When the range of sizes was sad, and the designs were about torture, restraint, not comfort. And I, a naive, chubby and cheerful 25-year-old was about to MC her first wedding. The coveted position of sort of bridesmaid, sort of guest that would see me preside over almost 200 guests with charm, wit, elegance and grace.

Or that was the plan anyway.

My shapewear had other plans. Plans that would leave me somewhat pantless navigating a stage and stairs and a dancefloor in front of 200 people.

It all started with a dress, as these things usually do. I had committed to a dress that was a little firm, but I knew it would be perfect with the right shapewear. I hadn't considered that at a size AU20/22, finding shapewear that would fit, comfortably, and give me a decent shape without causing indigestion would be pretty much impossible.

So the search for the perfect wedding shapewear began.

Months passed, and before I knew it the wedding was a week away, and my search had been fruitless. I had to find a different dress or make something else work. Panic set in one night as I put the finishing touches on my toast. I was ready in every possible way except I had nothing to wear.

Now, my friend, let's remember this was ten years ago, and plus size clothing options – especially in formal-ish wear – was limited to the occasional Mother of the Bride look. As it turned out, a new dress wasn't a viable option. So the hunt for shapewear continued until finally, I found a beige all in one piece that was a size too small, rounded my stomach out (common when you can't be 'sucked in'), and was virtually impossible to go to the bathroom, sit, or even move in.

Questionable success. I was ready to roll.

The day of the wedding came, and it occurred to me as I walked down the aisle to take my seat that I would now have to take my seat. Ummm, a major oversight. But take my seat I did, as close to last as possible, and that's when my organs started protesting their new position somewhere under my ribs.

As the day progressed the pressure increased, I was feeling worse and worse. On a trip to the bathroom, I decided I needed to take them off. Right then. That very second. I would not suffer through the squishing any longer. I would be free!

I would also be without underwear.

But that's an even longer story. Another time maybe. Leaving the bathroom, shapewear in hand, I quickly found my husband and made a rather unusual request. Firstly, that he burn the devil things and secondly, that he promptly duck home to grab my underwear. Now, my Kel is a pretty accommodating guy, but I've always appreciated the way he didn't even bat an eyelid that night. Quickly, I shouted after him; the speeches are soon.

He went quickly. He sped home, luckily close by, and back. He did everything possible to ensure I wouldn't be standing in front of a room of people without underwear. But my name was called and that's precisely what I had to do. Don't ask me if my performance was impacted by an underlying fear of falling off my shoes and baring all. Maybe it was. But not being able to breathe was undoubtedly worse. And hell, people go commando to weddings all the time, right?

Riiiiight!?

So, there you go. That is the tale of why I will never wear 'normal' shapewear to a wedding again. Even though, technically, I only wore it briefly.

Fortunately, the times have changed. Intimates finally come in every imaginable shape, size, and fit. And shapewear isn’t what it was. Sonsee's shapewear is the anthesis of the gut crushing, suck-me-in torture of the past. It’s breathable, comfortable and designed to smooth not squeeze. The high, full band doesn't roll, creep or cut in. That would have been nice all those years ago.

I know now that it’s vastly more important to be comfortable, physically and emotionally. I know that the wellbeing of my body is a thousand times more important than the shape it takes. It matters to me that I inhabit my body entirely, that I can move, breathe, and be my strongest, most magnificent self.

No more torture.

This post was guest written by curvy style maven, Melissa Walker Horn AKA Suger Coat It.

Let me tell you about my favourite season of the whole year, summer! My love of all things summer started young. My mother, always the queen of the beach saw to it. She was a curvy woman with a vast collection of coordinated swimwear and sarongs.

They (she and Dad) would rent a house at the beach that we would escape to every weekend. A dual life for farm kids who would run free on an acreage during the week and trade the dirt in for sand to become suburban beach bums on the weekend. During the summer break, we would be there for almost three months straight while our parents came and went from their businesses keeping things running.

How can you not love summer when it looks like that, right?

Childhood memories filled with sandy beach pics, poolside grins and adventures on the back of Dad's bike. We played and laughed and tanned. I never once saw my mother wear anything more extreme than a sheer oversized shirt over her togs. EVER. It was the beach.

She certainly didn’t care to cover up her curvy size AU18/20 body.

An attitude, try as I may, hasn't always stuck during my life as a curvy woman. Being a teenager can suck. No matter how confident your parents have raised you to be. I've blogged about my mother's disbelief when I asked for boardshorts to wear over my swimmers in summer around the age of 12. She couldn't understand why.

“How will you swim in these?” she asked. Knee length, men’s short were all that I could find in an AU14/16 at the time. “There’s so much material? Won’t you find it hard to swim?” she persisted. I didn’t elaborate; I just want them, I said. And she bought me those board shorts even though she thought they were ridiculous.

Bless the heart of that proud curvy woman.

Like I said, my mother was something special. She didn't have a complicated relationship with her body image and dieting (hello Low Carb – it was the 90s, remember). And she was pretty great at reminding me that I was born this way and that life is to be lived. Summer is to be enjoyed, especially if you can make it last all year long.

As the years passed, I grew into the woman I am now and ditched the boardshorts. I swim in the ocean (pool, river, wherever) without pants, just as my mother would have done. Strong hard strokes as I pull myself through the waves. I float with the sun in my face. Musing about life and being caught in the tumble of it all.

It’s not about the scraps of material we wear during summer.

It’s about the feeling. I know now that I'll never trade the feeling I get being free in the water (or anywhere else) in exchange for hiding my body. I allow the summer to happen and dress for comfort, whether that means slipping on some anti-chafing shorts under my maxi dress or working from home in soft bras and leggings as pants. My body is not an obstacle to living my life or enjoying my summer. It's the vehicle in which I do it. My mother knew that.

Let's all take a leaf out of her book, shall we?

Being plus-sized doesn’t mean you can’t have a great wedding day

We’re letting you in on the secrets to wedding fashion and beauty so you can put your best foot forward.

  1. Get your frock collection sorted. Whether you’re shopping the closet or buying new pieces, one of the first things to sort out when you get the invitation is your outfit. We all know how stressful it can be trying to find the perfect dress when you’re cutting it close!

  1. The perfect base layer. Once you’ve chosen your outfit, plan your underwear. Your undergarments and shapewear can make or break your dress; you don’t want any VPLs or lumps and bumps – and you definitely don’t want to feel restricted on the dancefloor! One sure-fire piece that works with every outfit are our plus-size shapewear shorts. And before you say shapewear isn’t for you, this new evolution of shapewear is so comfortable, you’ll forget you have them on! Depending on your dress, a singlet slip is also an excellent choice, or you could pair one of our bodysuits with a glamorous skirt and fabulous heels for a day-to-night look.

  1. Amp up the skincare. You don’t need to have a facial every month but taking good care of your skin in the lead up to the big day can help undo any wrongdoings of time gone by. Drink plenty of water (try the good old lemon in water trick), be diligent about sunscreen and make sure you take off your makeup each night! Also invest in a good at-home mask and exfoliator that you can use the night before. (Just be sure you have tried it before so you don’t break out or have a reaction.)

  1. Don’t forget your body. Body brush each morning and exfoliate once a week to get rid of those dead skin cells and keep you feeling fresh. While the weather is heating up, don’t forgo moisturiser! A lightweight moisturising cream or oil leaves your limbs feeling smooth and supple with a gorgeous glow.

  1. Book in your beauty appointments. Beauty appointments can be hard to squeeze in, so be sure to book them in advance – whether it’s a haircut, eyebrow or body wax, or mani/pedi.

  1. Stay comfortable. Comfy heels so you can dance all night long are the way to go. Choose a height that works for you, and if you are attending multiple weddings, go for a heel that can make an appearance on more than one occasion. Wedges are a great option for garden weddings. Plus-size undergarments, such as our anti-chafing shorts, shapewear and bras will ensure your whole body survives the night unscathed.

  1. On the day. Keep hydrated with plenty of water (especially if it is an outdoor wedding). It will help keep you sensible (within reason!) and is also the best thing to ward off the harsher side effects of a night filled with bubbly and wine.

With our shapewear as your secret weapon, we have no doubt you’ll feel fabulous and confident, so strut your stuff and party the day and night away!]]>

Introducing Amelia Stubbs – model, entrepreneur, blogger, influencer, and everyday wonder woman. She’s a passionate advocate for body positivity and diversity in the advertising industry, working tirelessly to shift expectations and evolve antiquated ideals of beauty. We sat down with her and chatted about life, being a curvy role model and her favourite Sonsee plus-size pieces!

Tell us about yourself (who you are, what you do).

My name is Amelia Stubbs but most know me as ‘Curvy Amelia’! I am a Melbourne-based curvy, plus-sized model who promotes body positivity and body diversity through social media and working with wonderful shapewear and underwear brands like Sonsee!

What made you decide to become a role figure for the curvy community?

Growing up, I never really felt as though there was anyone in the media I could look up to at the time so, as a curvy woman I decided I was going to try and fix this problem for other young women!

You’ve been an incredible voice in this space. What do you think the media could do more of to portray strong, fabulous women like you?

Thank you! I believe the media could feature more curvy women over all platforms – television, magazines, billboards etc. I don’t think there is enough body diversity shown and I feel like I’m constantly seeing the same body shapes over and over again.

What are some of the misconceptions you have encountered as a curvy lady?

One of the biggest misconceptions as a curvy lady is that I don’t want to look fashionable. I’ve always loved clothes and dressing up but there just hasn’t been much choice in plus-size garments for me as a size 16!

What message do you have for other curvy girls out there trying to find themselves?

My message to other curvy girls would be to let go of what you’ve previously thought of yourself or taken on from others and start fresh! Fill your social media feed with inspiring and relatable women, buy clothing that makes you feel fabulous and embrace your body just the way it is!

What keeps you inspired?

Working with unique brands like Sonsee that make high-quality, plus-sized undergarments, bras and shapewear keeps me inspired. I get so excited when I can share amazing garments with my tribe on social media and proudly wear brands that are fighting for positive body image as well.

We have to ask, what is your favourite Sonsee product?

My favourite Sonsee product is the Opaque 100 Denier Full Tights in black – they feel luxurious, don’t cut in to my tummy and are perfect to wear under almost any dress/skirt!

And finally, what is your favourite curvy girl quote?

My favourite curvy girl quote is “If your thighs touch then you’re one step closer to being a mermaid!”. I’m not too sure who originally said this but every time it pops up on social media, I have a little giggle!

You can follow Amelia and her fashion journey on Instagram under the handle @curvyamelia

As a blogger, influencer, digital marketing specialist, photographer and fierce diversity warrior, Melissa Walker Horn (AKA, ‘Suger’), hasn’t left many career stones unturned. She’s a champion for self-awareness and confidence, and hopes to share that with women globally. She took time out of her busy schedule to chat with us about her background, her thoughts on shifting perceptions, her favourite plus-sized fashion and shapewear, and what she believes to be a true expression of diversity.

Tell us about yourself (who you are, what you do).

I'm Melissa, online I go by my nickname, Suger. I’ve been blogging since 2009 on my blog Suger Coat It as well as being owner/operator of my social media consultancy and our family run landscaping business. Add to that a secondary blog The Leave Home Blog and I’m pretty busy. Being an Aries with a side order of ADD will do that to a girl.

The desire to work for myself, and always be doing my own thing, became the catalyst for turning my plus-size fashion blog into a lifestyle blog for women who work for themselves. My story is one of self-awareness and confidence, something I wish I could offer every woman and girl out there. Maybe one day.

What made you decide to become a role figure for the curvy community?

I didn’t set out to be anything to the curvy community in the early days. My blog started as a personal blog and grew from there to talk about the things that impact me and my life as it went along. From there, because I was identifiable I think, I was given a platform which is something I will never take for granted.

You’ve been an incredible voice in this space. What do you think the media could do more of to portray strong, fabulous women like you?

Thank you. As for the media, there’s a desperate need for diversity in the stories being covered by media. There seems to only be two extremes being covered by mainstream media, half-naked in the streets or glorifying obesity by existing. There’s no middle ground, and certainly no coverage of day-to-day successes and happenings.

I think there needs to be focus on more women, of plus-sizes and shapes, of many many more colours and abilities. We all need to stand for that. As much as it’s nice to have your five minutes in the spotlight, the real question we have to ask ourselves as we get put forward is, is there someone better positioned to tell this story, am I here because of the privileges I have?

What are some of the misconceptions you have encountered as a curvy lady?

There’s so many. People will always tell you what to do or who they expect you to be. You can’t listen to them. In fact, you have to break them down and trample all over them. You are capable of doing or being anything, so let them have their misconceptions, don’t even take them on.

What message do you have for other curvy girls out there trying to find themselves?

To be yourself, in actual action. Don’t worry about who you could be or where you’re going, celebrate this moment and exactly who you are. Through my blog I hope to advance the position of women through confidence, self-awareness and self-sufficiency. To level the playing field for women, even in the smallest, grass-roots kind of ways might just be my life's work. I'm 35 though, what the heck do I know?

What keeps you inspired?

I have some amazing people in my life. People who have shaped me, built me up and kicked my ass when I needed it. They’re my inspiration and they keep me going, creating and challenging when I feel like stopping. And so does my stubbornness TBH.

We have to ask, what is your favourite Sonsee product?

The singlet slips! I’ve had it in both colours for years now and they still wash and wear beautifully. A great foundation for a layered outfit.

And finally, what is your favourite curvy girl quote?

My favourite quote is ‘Make Yourself Proud’, I’m not sure if that qualifies but it certainly applies to a lot of what we’ve talked about.

It’s hot, it’s sticky, and it’s also dreaded that chub rub season. If you’ve got a case of chub rub or thigh chafe, girl, we feel for you. And we’re here to help. Here’s what you have to do.

Our top tips for preventing chub rub and thigh chafe

Prevention is always the best cure. Here’s how to stay on top of the chub rub and stop it in its tracks.

Wear our anti-chafing shorts! They are called anti-chafing shorts for a reason. Tried and tested by real curvy girls, we know they definitely guard against chub rub when we just want to wear pretty frocks and skirts through the hot summer. They’re also light and breathable so you won’t feel weighed down by adding them to your favourite outfit.

Get the Vaseline on. Chub rub is caused by friction and moisture, so you want to think about creating a surface that glides. Dab a little Vaseline on your thighs every morning before dressing to help create a smooth, chafe-resistant surface. Vaseline also helps soothe and protect chub-rub afflicted skin, so double bonus points for this one.

Keep them smooth and dry. In the heat of summer, sweating is inevitable. It’s this increase of moisture that can cause the worst of chafing. Dusting your inner thighs with a little talcum powder protects your skin from perspiration. We always keep a little tub in our bag so we can stay dry on the go. A corn starch-based option are also good natural alternatives.

Go for workout leggings, not cotton track pants. This is one good reason to flaunt your body. Chafing is less likely to happen when you wear fitted moisture-wicking fabrics with smooth seams and synthetic fibres. So, don’t hide beneath baggy cotton tops and track pants when you work out. Active wear is the perfect fitted clothing, so wear it and be proud!

How to treat chafing and chub rub

Summer’s rolled round again and you think you know what it takes. But, that thigh chafe has somehow managed to sneak its ugly head in. Here’s how to cope.

Cleanse. The first step is to gently wash your skin with cool water and a mild, gentle soap. Use one without any fragrances or harsh chemicals as these can irritate your skin and make it sting more. Pat (don’t rub!) dry with a towel.

Be gone germs! Chafing is a case of broken skin, so you want to ensure the area remains free from infection and other nasties in the air. Gently rub on an antibacterial cream.

Soothe. Aloe Vera gel is the best calming and healing agent for sore or broken skin. Plus, it’s cooling, which is bliss when your thighs feel like they’re on fire. Bio-Oil or Weleda’s Body Care Arnica Intensive Body Recovery cream are two other options recommended by doctors.

Guard. You now want to protect your skin and create a barrier that will let the aloe vera do its work. Vaseline creates a strong, protective layer, locking the moisture in and keeping excess moisture out.

Air. With all those creams and gels on, you want to make sure your thighs have a little breathing room. Once they’ve dried a little, pop on a pair of nice breathable cotton pyjamas, and try to keep the room cool to minimise perspiration.

Bonus tip: Buy our anti-chafing shorts and you’ll never see a day of chub rub again! Trust us, your thighs will thank you.

Have you ever wondered how your Sonsee favourites go from Italian yarn to comfy plus size wardrobe staples? Today is your lucky day.

Every Sonsee product, from hosiery to intimates, goes on a serious journey before ending up on your doorstep. Today we are taking you on a behind the scenes journey of stage one: design and manufacturing all the way from Italy.

We caught up with the makers behind the magic to discover the process from start to finish when creating a Sonsee product.

  1. Programming

The machine is set up with the specific dimensions for your product. Each item has its own program so the machine knows to make stockings to fit your legs, bras to fit your chest, and bodysuits to fit both!

  1. Yarning

The machine is loaded with our premium yarn. The 360 Degree Technology means that our garments stretch far more than regular fibres allow. This capability means greater comfort for you and better moulding for the garment.

  1. Knitting

The machine knits – yes, knits! – your garment in one smooth piece. This means no seams and no uncomfortable lines. The product is finished by hand to attach labels and care information.

  1. Dyeing

We all have our favourite colours. After the knitting process, Sonsee products are sent to be dyed using our eco-friendly dyeing process in one of the most advanced dye houses in Europe, so you can be confident your favourite colour stays your favourite colour with every wash and wear.

  1. Pressing

Just like you learned to do at home, the product is then pressed (or ironed) so it arrives seamless, smooth and ready to wear.

  1. Quality checking

We’re pretty confident in our process, but we like to make extra sure so only the best makes its way to you.

  1. Packing and shipping

It’s coming your way!

She lends an endearing dose of real life humility and a genuine passion for clothes to her Instagram offering. “I don’t have all the answers, I’m no expert stylist - I’m just a size 16 woman in my 30s juggling a kid and the corporate ladder.”

We caught up with Jo to discuss her take on curvy women in the media.

Tell us about yourself (who you are, what you do).

I’m Jo but most people know me by my Instagram handle @iCurvy. Each day, I share a snap of my outfit. It’s pretty simple just like me. I don’t have all the answers, I’m no expert stylist - I’m just a size 16 woman in my 30s juggling a kid and the corporate ladder.

What made you decide to become a role figure for the curvy community?

I don’t think I ever really aimed at being a role model or influencer - I started so I could participate in curvy fashion challenges, it all just kinda of snowballed from there. I’m now quite a few years down the track, but I still love engaging with communities of women building each other up.

You’ve been an incredible voice in this space. What do you think the media could do more of to portray strong, fabulous women like you?

I’d love to see more female characters in mainstream media who are happy with their bodies, regardless of size.

What are some of the misconceptions you have encountered as a curvy lady?

That I was unhappier and unhealthier when I weighed more and happier/healthier when I was skinnier; when probably the opposite was true. I’m genuinely happy in my skin now.

What message do you have for other curvy girls out there trying to find themselves?

Be kind to yourself. It’s a journey, it takes effort, but it’s worth it.

What keeps you inspired?

Meeting new people and seeing women grow in confidence. Oh and the fashion. I genuinely love fashion and clothes.

We have to ask, what is your favourite Sonsee product?

Opaque tights are my must-haves, I’ve got all the colours. But my favourite is actually the Slip. I wear my Singlet Slip year-round and the long sleeve version is on the wishlist. And I’m keen to try a bodysuit too.

And finally, what is your favourite curvy girl quote?

“and I said to my body. softly. ‘I want to be your friend.’ it took a long breath. and replied, ‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.’” (@nayyirah.waheed)

As beautiful, curvy plus size babes, we are often subject to the rumour mill. Whispers of: “Does she eat too much?”, “Does she not work out?”, “She shouldn’t wear XYZ!”. And what’s worse, sometimes we can be our own worst weapon, and whether we are naturally slim or a little bit more curvy, we can never please.

The truth is, some of us were born this way (thank you, Lady Gaga), and while we may have all gone through a cruel journey at some stage, every person should be able to embrace who they are and be proud. There are some fabulous role models out there who are proving that just because we don’t conform to the ‘average’ doesn’t mean that we can’t rock some truly fabulous style. Booty, boobs, lumps, bumps and all.

So let’s talk about being curvy, and start turning those can’ts in to cans.

MYTH #1: You made yourself that way

Nope. It comes down to genetics or sometimes the side effects of medication. We go about our lives like everyone else, and if we have a slower metabolism, we do our best to work with what we’ve been given.

MYTH #2: You don’t work out

Another big no! Of course we do. We do yoga (and twist ourselves into incredible poses). We box. We hike. We get outdoors. We surf. Have you seen @mynameisjessamyn and @louisegreen_bigfitgirl? Or for some fitness inspiration, Net-A-Porter’s Curvy Fit Club series with model Ashley Graham or our home-grown #AussieFITCurves? All these remarkable curvy ladies are fit and fabulous. And if you’re looking to get kitted out in some active wear, we recommend curve-friendly Puma, ASOS and Running Bare.

MYTH #3: You should only wear dark colours. No stripes and nothing light.

While black is flattering, that doesn’t mean we should restrict ourselves to a life without colour! Dietland’s costume designer, Katie Riley, says that women should go for colours they love and which complement their skin tone. The most important thing, she says, is “the fit and how you feel in the pieces.” Preach it. She recommends going for well-tailored clothing versus oversized pieces, and most importantly, she says, if you feel confident, it will show.

Tip: For extra confidence, we love our non-shapewear shapewear under our clothes for a bit of added support. The best thing about these shorts is they’re comfortable and not restrictive.

For fashion inspiration, we love Candice Huffine, whose every day, accessible stylish feed (cute dachshunds included) also features workouts, what she’s eating and the occasional glamorous, modelling look.

MYTH #4: And don’t even think about skinny jeans

Skinny jeans do mix with curves, thank you very much. It all comes down to proportion. Pair your skinny jeans (and make sure they are fitted, not tight), with a breezy, slightly oversized men’s shirt or blouse.

MYTH #5: You can’t wear stilettos

We’re not quite sure where this came from, but if you’d like to rock your stilettos, then you go girl! We do recommend the age-old trick of matching them with your tights (such as our opaques and sheers) for a streamline, monochromatic look. And we also recommend avoiding shoes with ankle straps, such as Mary Janes, which can cut you off at the ankle.

So don’t let anyone tell you you can’t. You can. Be yourself, be proud and own your curves. Dress for you – how you feel like and what you love. Take care of yourself and work out. Just be you and be confident.

We all love a bit of lingerie, but at the end of a long day, nothing feels better than sinking into the couch (or bed) and just whipping off our bra.

Sometimes though, we just need that little bit of extra support – whether we are getting through the household chores in our favourite comfy clothes on the weekend, having friends over for dinner, or girlfriends for a PJ night in.

We all love a bit of lingerie, but at the end of a long day, nothing feels better than sinking into the couch (or bed) and just whipping off our bra.

It is liberating. No wires, no poking, no cutting in. Freedom.

Sometimes though, we just need that little bit of extra support – whether we are getting through the household chores in our favourite comfy clothes on the weekend, having friends over for dinner, or girlfriends for a PJ night in.

Because – you know – sometimes you just can’t (or would prefer not to) let the girls roam free.

That’s where our High Back Comfort Bras comes in.

Super lightweight and breathable, without any under-wires, it’s the bra you wear when you don’t want to wear a bra at all. We’ve created our comfort bra with wide straps to ensure there’s support with none of the digging and pulling, and we’ve done away with the added irritation of fasteners and clips.

It’s like a sports bra except much, much more comfortable. You can even sleep in it (or use it as a PJ top on hot summer nights).

And it’s not just confined to home, either. The soft, stretchy and supportive fabric is breathable and lightweight, and did we mention it is seamless so you can pair it with your glamorous outfits without worrying about the straps and lines showing?

While we well-endowed girls can’t always embrace #freethenipple, we can most definitely #freetheboobs. Or find somewhere in between with an invisible to the eye, super comfy, super stretchy, second skin bra. Our secret weapon.

The joy of new motherhood is extraordinary, but it brings a few adjustments. Along with the realisation that you’ve never loved like this before, is an adjustment to a whole new physicality.

It’s amazing what your body can do, but you wish it would do a few of those things a bit quicker. Like the belly bouncing back and the boobs bouncing up. Sonsee says congratulations and has a couple of tricks for you.

Our shapewear shorts will hold you firmly but gently while you rediscover your muscles. They’re knitted in one piece from an amazing 360° stretch Italian fibre with panels that provide support where you need it. But the best thing is the comfort. You’ll be happy to wear them all day, feel good and look good, too.

When you’ve had a baby (or you’re about to), it’s not so comfortable going braless, even at night. Sonsee’s comfort bra will keep everything in place (including your nursing pads) without restricting you at all. Sleep is precious, right now. The last thing you need is straps that dig, cups that twist and pads that creep out. They’re good for everyday, too. If you’re feeding lots and find things a bit heavy, try wearing two at once. They’ll hold you firm, still without cramping your style.

Sonsee washes beautifully. Just pop it in a washing bag in your machine along with the mountain of baby stuff. Sorry!

The search for the perfect bra is life long.

The one that doesn’t pinch, sag, skewer you with underwire, break (!) and dig in.

There’s a price to pay for those elegant skinny straps and moulded cups with lacy edges – bulges. Bulges under the arms, on the shoulders, and especially across the back.

So when you’re in the mood for comfort, the first thing you ditch is the 10cm killer heels, and the second thing is the sexy half-cup bra.

That’s when you reach for the Sonsee Comfort bra.

The people at Sonsee understand the female form, and they’ve applied that understanding to the engineering of this bra.  The high back means the straps don’t fall down your shoulders. The wide, soft band holds firm but not tight, so the bra stays where it should. The t-shirt style all-round shaping eliminates all those nasty lines from a normal bra.

And then, there’s the comfort. Made from the same 360 degree stretch yarn as Sonsee’s famous hosiery, the bra gives ultimate freedom of movement. So you can enjoy a stay-at-home evening bingewatching. Or not, because this bra’s happy to be seen, too. Sleek and smooth under a t-shirt. Or even a casual overshirt with the buttons open.

Maybe we need to redefine sexy when it comes to bras. Sexy is loving the skin you’re in. Because how you feel is how you look. Good.

    ]]>
If you thought washing your jeans was problematic, then you’re probably in the dark about how to correctly wash your hosiery.

Depending on what type of tights you have will depend on the best way to wash them. For example, Sonsee 20 Denier Sheer tights need a little more care when washing than Sonsee 100 Denier tights which are more robust.

Here are our top tips for caring for your tights so they last you season after season.

    Washing

While you might not be able to see dirt on your tights, it’s good to wash them after every second wear to keep them fresh. Many of us don’t wash our tights enough with the fear of tearing them or we’re simply unsure of the best way to do it.

    Washing machine

Thicker, more sturdy tights can be thrown in the washing machine (phew!), perfect for those of us who don’t simply have the time to fit hand washing into our schedule.

To ensure your tights don’t tear or end up entangling everything else in your washing machine, here are some easy steps to follow.

    How to:

    1. Turn tights inside out and pop into a laundry bag. Be careful not to put bras in the same bag as the hooks could snag the tights.
    2. Use a mild detergent in a cold, delicate cycle to protect the colour and texture of your tights
    3. Skip the dryer and hang to dry in shade or inside

    Hand wash

Like most super delicate or lacy items in your wardrobe, it pays to play it safe with sheer tights and opt for a quick hand wash (plus, it can be a very therapeutic exercise!).

    How to:

    1. Fill a bucket/sink with warm water using mild soap or detergent
    2. Remove any rings or jewellery that could snag the material (watch any pointy fingernails or rough skin)
    3. Turn hosiery inside out and let soak for 10 minutes
    4. Scrunch tights and gently rub fabric together to remove dirt
    5. Rinse with cold water and roll up in a towel to remove excess water
    6. Hang in the shade or inside to dry

    Putting on your tights…safely

There is nothing worse as having your perfect outfit chosen for the day, slowly pulling on your tights…and ‘bang’ – a long tear runs down the back of them.

While all Sonsee tights are premium quality, therefore less likely to snag, here are some quick and easy tips to ensure your tights slide on effortlessly and snag-free.

    [insert diagram image]

Other things to help your tights stay in tip top shape:

    • Shave and moisturise your legs before you put your tights on for easy glide. Use a little extra moisturiser for your hands to smooth out any rough bits that could snag the material
    • Avoid boots or shoes with buckles or zips that could snag the material

If you really want to take it to the next level, this source claims freezing tights is the answer of all our hosiery prayers.

    Taking them off…gently

To take your hosiery off simply do the opposite of putting them on – start at the top and roll them down gently without ever pulling to avoid stretching them.

Give your tights the love they deserve and they’ll stay in good shape for you all year around.

We’re really excited to be launching our first shapewear product, fabulous high waisted shorts that smooth all the way from under the bust to above the knee. But we don’t really want to call them shapewear because they’re not that girdle type garment you may have experienced before – the tight, constricting, bulge-causing, uncomfortable, can’t-wait-to-get-it off item that just pushes you from one place to another.

Perhaps we should just call them shaping underwear, because that’s what they do. They’re a waist cincher because they have special knitted-in control panels that shape you in all the right places to make the most (or do we mean least) of what you have. And they’re a mood enhancer, too. Because when you look good and you’re comfortable, you feel more confident. And we all want a piece of that.

We always love seeing how our favourite plus size style icons are teaming Sonsee with their everyday wear, so we’ve turned to our wonderful community of women to see which products they’re head over heels for right now.

    Suzie Stevens
    @suzie_stevens

We love everything about Suzie. Her eclectic style along with her light-hearted (and often self-deprecating) take on life makes her such a winner in our books. And how fabulous does she look in our elbow bodysuit? Suzie shows us why it’s the most versatile base layer going around, and just like her, we think the seamless look of the bodysuit is perfect when teamed with your favourite high-waisted skirt.

    Meagan Kerr
    @thisismeagankerr

Following Meagan Kerr’s online adventures in style, self-love and life as a plus size women is such a joy. She’s our number one lady for bringing sexy to black and right now Megan can’t get enough of our elbow sleeve bodysuit - so much so that she even wrote a post about her affection. Perfect for that in between weather, Megan loves how the bodysuit offers a seamless fit underneath a range of outfits. We’re loving the monochrome moment she’s created by teaming the bodysuit with a black and white maxi-skirt. We also think it would look just as stylish paired with your best-loved springtime midi or pencil skirt.

    Jo
    @icurvy

One look at Jo’s Instagram feed will make you green with envy at just how stylish this fashionista is. No wonder she has 20,000+ followers! Not usually one for a derrière shot, Jo couldn’t resist showing us how much she adores the back seam detailing on her Sonsee back seam sheer tights. She’s loving how they add a bit of sexy to her work attire and we’re not going to argue with that! We also think these tights are the perfect accessory for dialling up the glamour stakes on any weekend frock.

    CurvySam
    @curvysam

Chub rub, the bane of every curvy girl’s life! And as body-positivity icon CurvySam knows there’s nothing worse than the pain of chafing on a hot summer’s day. So Sam road-tested our anti chafing shorts with lace trim, and not only did they look fabulous, she loved them! It wasn’t just the super lightweight, breathable fabric or the femininity of the lace trim that Sam fell head over heels for, but the seamless design which means no uncomfortable digging in. A staple for literally any outfit, we recommend elevating these shorts to the top of your summer shopping list!

    Jenni Eyles
    @stylingcurvy

Sonsee Woman ambassador Jenni Eyles AKA @stylingcurvy describes herself as stylish, sassy and a bid badassy and we couldn’t agree more! This body confidence warrior has been rocking Sonsee’s anti chafing shorts of late and doesn’t she look fab? Along with ‘banishing the fire’ between her thighs Jenni adores how comfy these babies are. So versatile under any dress or skirt, you can forget about regular undies this summer because according to Jenni, these inner-thigh rescuers are where it’s at.

The countdown for Spring Racing Carnival is on! You can’t beat the weather, but you can certainly dress for it – with glamour, poise, and a little Sonsee.

Here we’ve picked out our three favourite race day dressing styles and teamed them with a few life-saving Sonsee must-haves.

    Derby Day darling

Famous for its monochromatic palette, Derby Day is all about elegant sharp, black looks and fresh, white styles. Complete your Derby Day-inspired outfit with a pair of Opaque Full Tights or Opaque Footless Tights. They’ll ward off rain, hail and windy weather, while still making you look sleek and stylishly put together.

    The Oaks Day dress

Oaks Day (better known as Ladies Day) is your opportunity to go bold, make a statement and wear that one-of-a-kind dress that will make you feel like a million bucks – bets aside! Think ruffles, flounces, big sleeves, risqué splits, eye-popping prints. Express your personal style and stay super snug in a pair of barely there Sheer Denier Full Tights. Go one step further and make a subtle statement with a pair of Sheer Denier Back Seam Full Tights – super sexy and the perfect complement to a bold cut.

    Stakes Day sass

Throw out the stuffy, serious outfits and indulge in a little Stakes Day sass. Mix it up with a onesie, a two-piece, or a colourful set of separates. For those beautiful, sunny blue days which heat up in a flash, team your outfit with a pair of anti-chafing shorts. It’s a pretty sure bet you’ll feel comfortable and chafe free, no matter the outfit.

Gorgeous frock? Check. Striking headpiece? Absolutely. Pair of comfortable tights? You know it! With Spring Racing Carnival right around the corner, there’s nothing more exciting than planning out every last detail.

Now you have your outfit sorted, and it's time to think about your skin, make up and nails. The winning trifecta to ensure you feel and look fabulous all day long.

Here are our top tips for conquering the winning look this racing season.

    Skin

Ahead of a long, hot day at the races, it’s a good idea to prepare and look after our skin.

    Race day ready skin:

    1. Using a pair of exfoliating gloves or a body brush, starting at the feet, use a small, circular motions and gentle work your way up your body, being extra-light with sensitive areas.
    2. After your regular shower routine, while your skin is still damp, lather on your favourite body oil or body lotion to lock in the moisture.
    3. If you’re going to be in the sun a lot, make sure to wear sunscreen

    Make up

Like your body, preparing your race day face is essential. Make sure you put on your favourite nourishing face mask and night cream the night before, and start your day with your usual skin care regime at least 30 minutes before you put on your makeup to give your skin time to soak in the goodness.

Remember, race day is a daytime event. It will likely be hot and probably a little sweaty and the last thing you need is for your full face of make up to melt! You're not going to a night club so keep your makeup simple and minimum and be sure to keep some touch-ups in your bag – moisturising lipstick and powder are essential.

Pro tip: kick start hydration and sip on at least one litre of water the morning of race day. Trust us, your skin and post-race day self will thank you for it!

    Polished Nails

Whether you’re waving around your winning ticket or sipping your champagne, spring racing carnival is the perfect time to polish up those fingers and toes. To ensure your mani and pedi complements your outfit, go for a colour that matches.

Important: When shaping your nails (fingers and toes), opt for a short, smooth nail to avoid putting any runs in your favourite plus-size Sonsee tights

    Nail your colour

Printed dress: Go for something a little more muted. Try black shade, dark reds or blues.

Black dress: Have some fun with your nails. Opt for bright colours; corals, pinks and blues will make a fun statement. If you’re feeling festive, experiment with a little nail art.

Block colours: Pick a polish that’s in contrast with your dress colour and add a sprinkle of glitter. White will also pop next to a bold colour and is a fresh alternative to black.

    Bonus tip: Rescue your thighs

There is nothing worse than painful chafing on race day. A pair of anti-chafing shorts will keep you feeling comfortable and free all day long.

Shop Sonsee plus size anti chafing shorts.

Apply these winning tips to your race day preparation to help you feel confident, comfortable and look your absolute best all day long!

    ]]>
We've told you that bodysuits will change your life – and we're not the only ones who think so! We teamed up with the lovely Meagan Kerr who showed us how to dress it up or down for any occasion with her top four favourite Sonsee bodysuit looks.

Bodysuits are great for spring and autumn when we're going through that changeable weather that's not quite warm and not quite cold. These are the times when you want to be able to layer up, making it easy to add and remove items depending on what the temperature is doing - especially if you live somewhere that has four seasons in one day, like I do. Bodysuits are also ideal for wearing in place of a top, because they give you that seamless fit underneath your outfit and solve the problem of tops coming untucked. I'd never worn a bodysuit before, so when Sonsee asked me to style one of theirs I gladly took up the challenge. Here's a few looks I came up with to easily work a bodysuit into my current wardrobe.

    Meagan Kerr bodysuit maxi skirt

    BODYSUIT + CIRCLE SKIRT

There's something about the bodysuit + circle skirt combo that reminds me of dance class, and I'm loving it. You can go for any length circle skirt and this outfit will still look great, and your shoes can change depending on whether you want to dress this up or down (as we're heading in to summer, I'm wearing sandals). I've added a statement necklace to add a little bit of interest and to balance out the bold design on my skirt.

    Meagan Kerr bodysuit

BODYSUIT + MIDI SKIRT + BLAZER

For a look that can easily take you from day to night, pair your bodysuit with a skirt and a jacket (or cardigan, or both if it's cold). I've gone for an easily adaptable look with a graphic print on my skirt and a black velvet blazer; and I've chosen lace sneakers and a colourful clutch for an after work look. For daytime I'd ditch the sneakers in favour of brogues or ballet flats (or heels if that's your thing) and a handbag.

Meagan Kerr bodysuit jeans tartan top

BODYSUIT + BUTTON UP + JEANS

Do you tuck your tees in? As someone with a long torso, one thing that often frustrates me is my tee coming untucked or riding up, and a bodysuit stops this from happening - my saviour! I'd usually wear a tank top underneath a button up and pair it with jeans and boots (especially on a chilly day), but switching the tank out for a bodysuit was an easy change. If the day gets warm you can always take that button up top off and tie it around your waist.

    Meagan Kerr bodysuit jeans tartan

    BODYSUIT + PENCIL SKIRT

I've realised that the humble bodysuit is a great solution to quite a few of my fashion dilemmas. If you're wearing a skirt in a fitted style, then a tee or a tank tucked in causes a line where it finishes under the fabric - something that has annoyed me for ages! A bodysuit eliminates that and gives you a seamless finish, which I love. I've accessorised this look with hi top sneakers, pearls and a bright clutch for my own classic mix of dressy and casual, but of course pencil skirts can be styled in many ways.

Meet the fresh face of Sonsee, Kate Wasley

At just 23 years old, it-girl Kate Wasley has fit a lot into her young life. Growing up in Perth, WA, the last few years have seen her taking the modelling world by storm, working with big brands including the likes of Lorna Jane, Frank Body and ASOS.

And we’ll let you in on a little secret – prepare to see a lot more of Kate around here. She is the star in our latest photo shoot and the fresh new face of Sonsee joining the beautiful Jennifer Atilemile.

A career in modelling came to Kate as somewhat of a surprise. “I was scrolling through Facebook and saw a competition that said, ‘If you love your curves, apply’, so I thought I’d give it a go,” she recalls.

Not long after, she got a call from Vivien’s in Perth, who were looking to sign her. “I remember thinking, oh God, this has gone way too far!”

And it didn’t stop there. Kate went on to win the competition, becoming the face of Autograph Fashion in 2016, and has since moved from Perth to Sydney to further her modelling career, traveling between home, the UK and US regularly for jobs and opportunities she never believed possible.

Social media – the thing that started it all – remains a big influence for Kate, who looks to Instagram in particular for inspiration in her work and everyday life. “I tend to look at pages that aren’t edited, the ones that don’t Photoshop women’s bodies,” Kate says.

Body image is an issue that hits close to home. Alongside long-term friend and fellow model, Georgia Gibbs, Kate has launched a project called Any Body, which focuses on self-love, inclusivity and acceptance. Any Body celebrates bodies of all shapes and sizes, and works to erase beauty standards and eliminate the unfair and often cruel comparisons that come from society. It’s this project of all of Kate’s achievements that she’s most proud of.

“All the messages we get everyday are so heartwarming,” she says.

We can’t wait to see what she does next.

Versatile, effortless and chic. Black is the one colour that’s always in fashion. Pair it with any colour – or better yet, with itself – to create a stylish look guaranteed to make a statement.

Here are five ways you can stay on trend with this season’s hottest colour.

    1. Be a print princess

Use black as your base and introduce colour to your outfit through prints. You can choose something subtle that incorporates black, or go bold with something bright and eye-catching – the opportunities are endless!

Start with Opaque 60 Denier Full Tights and build from there.

    Girl, tights, stockings

    2. Sheer beauty

If all black feels a little bold for your liking, look to a sheer variety. Sheer tights add that touch of glamour for a special occasion, so your outfit can go from drab to fab in minutes!

Check out Sonsee 20 Denier Full Tights or 40 Denier Full Tights to complete your look, or for a little something special try the 40 Denier Back Seam Full Tights.

    Sheer tights, girl, blonde

    3. Throw on a jacket

Not just stylish, but practical too! A jacket adds versatility to your outfit for extra warmth when needed. Dress to impress with chic leather or go girly with a fun floral print.

Try a Long Sleeve Bodysuit as your base. Check out more ideas for styling bodysuits here.

    long sleeve bodysuit, bodysuit

    4. Wrap it up – with a scarf that is!

Fashion meets function with scarves, especially when it’s cold. Add colour to your black on black ensemble with a warm knit or a light silk scarf.

A simple Singlet Slip with an added scarf is the perfect desk to dinner combo – pair with a jacket or cardigan and you’re ready to rock!

    slip, singlet slip

    5. Always accessorise

The quickest (and easiest!) way to dress up a black outfit is with accessories. Chic belts or chunky necklaces in mixed materials will give any outfit an instant facelift.

Don’t forget about what’s underneath! Stay comfortable with a High Back Bra and Anti Chafing Shorts.

    Shop the trend.
