How much is shipping and where do you ship to?
We use Australia Post trackable shipping to send our products within Australia. The cost is a flat rate of AU $4.99. We offer free shipping on orders of AU $50 or more.

The cost of delivery is a flat rate, please note International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

Of course you can, but please be aware that a tax invoice with the price you paid will arrive with the delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can simply shop as a guest. We recommend signing up, though, so you don’t have the hassle of re-submitting your delivery address and credit card details each time you purchase.
Is everything on your website available in store?
Unfortunately not. We recommend contacting your local retailer to see if they carry specific products.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We make it easy. Log in to your Sonsee account and fill in the returns form on your Account page. If you don’t have an account, get in touch here with your order number and the reason for returning.
Can I return a product?
If you purchased a product in store, they will have their own returns policies. If you purchased your product online in the last 30 days, it is unopened, and you’ve just changed your mind, no problem. See our returns and exchanges policy.
I live outside of Australia. Can I still buy from you?
Yes you can! We offer global trackable shipping. Your order should arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
You will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you have received from Sonsee Woman.
What currency is used at Sonsee?
All payments are charged in Australian Dollars.
If you lose the washing instructions on your tag, care notes are detailed with each product on the product pages on the Sonsee website.

If for some reason you haven’t received your order in line with our delivery information, please email us or give us a call. We’ll get right onto it.
Can I track my order?
You’ll receive another email when your order has been dispatched, so you know you’ll be enjoying it soon. The email will have the tracking number and a link to the parcel tracking service from Australia Post. If you have questions email us.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive to you within 3-5 business days. International orders, within 3-10 working days. Should you need rush service, email us and we’ll do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.
