Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping - 3 to 7 days: AU$6.95 (FREE on orders over AU$100)
Express Shipping - 1 to 2 days: AU$11.95
Shipping to New Zealand
Standard Shipping - 5 to 10 days: AU$15 (FREE on orders over AU$100)
Shipping to the USA
Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 days: $15 (FREE on orders over US$65)
Rest of the world shipping
Standard Shipping - 5 to 14 days : AU$20 (FREE on orders over AU$150)
Additional Notes
Cost of delivery is a flat rate, please note International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Also, please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
In the occurrence that you have made and error with your shipping address or need to have your order shipped to a different address please email contact@sonseewoman.com and we will do our best to change it for you. Please note however, if you order has already been shipped we cannot redirect it for you.

Specific pre-order time frames can be found on the product page but generally they are 2-4 weeks. If there are any delays we will contact you as soon as possible.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Likewise, we do not accept returns or refunds for Sonsee products purchased through our partners.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
